The workshop has three simple steps:
1. Read the illustrated guide
The How to Heal With Energy illustrated guide explains the basics of energy healing: What is energy and frequency, and what is the mechanism of energy healing. You will learn the different ways you can emit healing energy, and how to conduct an energy healing session. The guide also explains why the healing energy may be rejected, and what we can do to prevent that.
2. Follow the step-by-step instructions
What actually happens during an energy healing session? How does the energy move? We break everything down to a few simple steps. Whether you are the healer, or a person receiving the healing energy, you will learn what you need to prepare for an energy healing session, and what to think and do during the session. The illustrated steps show you exactly how the healing energy moves through the healer's body, eliminating the guesswork.
3. Pratice at home: listen to guided meditations
The workshop includes four guided meditations by spirit Gabriel. All meditations have been recorded in a channeling session, which has the added benefit of containing a healing frequency to the listener. Gabriel guides you through each step, and also breathes with you so that you'll understand the intensity of the breathing in each meditation. Your job is just to relax, let go, listen to spirit Gabriel's voice, and follow his guidance.
